  • Lead a team of planners to develop, monitor and report on the project schedules
  • Establish project schedules involving the Client, engineering subcontractors and fabrication subcontractors
  • Conduct regular meetings weith Client and subcontractors
  • Ensure that job scope of the planners are adequately managed and reports are issued on time
  • Ensure schedule analysis are logically interpreted before presenting to the Client
  • Work with the planning team in identifying potential delay(s)
  • Work closely with Client to ensure that all project needs are taken care of



  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent
  • Min. 10 years of work experience in similar capacity and industry, of which 5 years in managerial role
  • Familar with offshore industry, particularly in EPC projects
  • Good knowledge of project management software (Primavira P6) and Microsoft Excel
  • Able to interpret schedule criticality by applying both the schedule analysis and logical assessment
  • Able to manage administrative functions with regards to Primavera P6 sharing of common servers and
  • establishing level of privileges for each user
  • Able to motivate the team, leadershjip and initiatives, good communication and interpersonal skills
