Gas Operations Technical Support Department is looking to hire Industrial Skill Trainer to join Human Resources Development Division (HRDD). HRDD is a support organization that consists of four (4) Units: Maintenance Unit, Operations Unit, Professional Development Unit, and Planning & Training Unit.
The primary role of GO HRDD is to coordinate, facilitate and conduct training activities to enhance the development and training of GO Workforce in partnership with Saudi Aramco Training & Development Department and other company training organizations.
The selected candidate will conduct Individual Development Program (IDP) task evaluation to all Electrical Technician employees to ensure that employees have learned to perform their job responsibilities "safely" and "effectively" with the company-established standards.
As a successful candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 12 years of experience in Electrical Plant Maintenance preferably in oil and gas industry. You should has knowledge in in gas processing and NGL recovery plant maintenance or process plant operations.
You must have an experience and knowledge in Training and Career Development and familiar with On-Job-Training Mentoring & On-Job Task Evaluation, job certification program. Also strong knowledge and capability to train and enforce safety awareness among the company work force.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following;
Conduct the IDP task evaluation to all Electrical Technicians
Provide on-job certification objectivity and quality control
Completes all relevant documentation as required in the JTS
Communicate with the employee's superior and mentor if task performance is unsatisfactory.
Record all task completions in SAP system and other required reports.
Track, review, and update task completions.
Review weekly IDP task evaluation schedule and provide accurate feedback
Coordinate with other SA organizations that conduct training activities to enhance the workforce of Gas Operations departments.
