Essential Responsibilities:
  • He/She will spread the Lean & Digital culture throughout all Fabr.&Mach COE's production lines. He will drive simplification, lead time reduction projects and will be responsible for roadmap definition and execution to achieve highest level of lean & digital implementation both in processes and production
  • Develop, within COE and Cell Ldrs, long term strategy on workshop management (shopfloor hiring, skill matrix plan, P&E) and coordinate actions identified to face plant workload
  • Support all Ops Ldrs maintaining consistent management across the COE and achieving highest lean levels in the workshop, driving continuous improvement culture across all different lines and leading implementation of best practices
  • Facilitate all strategic initiatives launched by the business in the shop such as Brilliant Factory projects implementation
  • Drive lean manufacturing activities and ensure progress while tracking project status and closure of the Roadmap
  • She/He will define and periodically check the main KPI for each different COE's production line, driving measurable improvements in manufacturing processes promoting/using digital tools and brilliant factory system to keep under control workshop efficiency and performances
  • Assist in continuous improvement plan execution by leading Action Work-Outs (AWO's), suggesting specific training to develop our resources in the shop to close know-how gap or increase flexibility, following the business needs and growth.
  • Remain current on Lean & Digital methodologies and train division on lean concepts and mentor people using lean & Digital tools
  • He/She will also support P&E execution coordinating activities and cost control
  • He/She will drive Communications about Culture, Strategy and Performances inside the workshop
  • He/She will support Shop Tour and Workshop Visit & Workout

  • Engineering degree and Major Experience in Manufacturing
  • Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement tools experience and ERP experience
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
  • Ability to work in a complex matrix organization
