" HNC (or equivalent through experience) in Operations or Engineering
" Strategic contribution & experience in operations or engineering. Including contract management, client interface, AOP management, team development & risk based decision making.
" Power or 24/7 process operations, legislation & codes of practice.
" Business planning: development & implementing strategies & projects, etc.
" Competent authority interactions.
" Incident controller/emergency response co-ordination
" UK/European legislation & best practice.
" Plant SHE systems & procedures.
" Experience of working under safe systems of work.
" Quality system compliance, risk & improvement.
" Developing & contributing to business plans.
" Plant budgets & financial KPIs, systems management & cost reduction.
