Establishes and maintains professional relationships with Operators and Directional Companies as prospective customers. Responsible for engaging clients for the purpose of proposing solutions and applications for DTI's products and services. Corporate Sales personnel are required to adhere to all safety and quality policies implemented by Drilling Tools International, Inc. This is a salary exempt position with competitive salary and full benefit package. Must have valid license and maintain an acceptable and insurable driving record. · College graduate preferred

· High School/Secondary with some College



· 5+ years in sales of oilfield services

· Sales experience with downhole drilling tools in the Western Canada market preferred



· Must currently live in or around the Calgary area

· Must currently have established Operator, Directional Companies and E & P relationships with clients as prospective customers in Calgary Alberta area

· Excellent verbal and written skills

· Excellent internal and external communication skills

· Must be able to communicate with clients in a professional manner

· Understanding of strategic account planning

· Ability to work with other sales team members

· Personable, professional and safety conscience

· Understanding of the directional drilling business

· Must be able to pass background tests and have acceptable driving record



· Bring new clients and maintain existing client relationships while continuing to establish and maintain new professional relationships with prospective customers

· Submit proposals for DTI products and services and assist with setting up MSAs

· Maintain KPIs on work performed to track the value DTI performed for wells/jobs complete

· Probe clients for their challenges and recommend DTI product, services and solutions

· Must understand the complete sales cycle and DTI product line

· Weekly sales reports are required to keep management and other sales team members abreast of developments with your assigned accounts.
