We are seeking an experienced Executive Coach to join the Management Development Division of the Management & Professional Development Department.
The Management Development Division provides thought leadership, direction and support for the identification, selection, and development of Saudi Aramco leaders through the provision of world class coaching, assessment, and talent management services.
The primary role of the Executive Coach is to work as a key member of the Saudi Aramco internal coaching team, delivering leading edge coaching to those who occupy critical leadership positions within the Aramco leadership community. In parallel to providing best-in-class service delivery, the role also requires significant, ongoing contributions to the evolution of a world class coaching service; a service that Saudi Aramco can be proud of.
As a successful candidate you must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in an HR-related discipline from a recognized and approved Institution. An advanced degree is preferred.
You must have at least five years of experience working as an executive coach.
You must have at least five years of experience in a leadership position.
You are able to demonstrate deep understanding of coaching concepts and their practical application in the workplace, and have a minimum Coach Certification at ACC level (or equivalent).
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide one to one coaching for high potential employees, developing, mid-career, and senior Saudi Aramco leaders using proven, best-practice coaching methodologies.
Demonstrate a deep theoretical understanding and practical experience of deploying a range of cognitive and behavioral change methodologies, to help drive transactional and transformational change.
Utilize a range of assessment tools, such as work style questionnaires, business simulations, multi-rater feedback instruments (360s) and self-assessment inventories.
Provide thought leadership, advice, and expertise to the Business Lines on matters relating to coaching trends and best practices.
