Role Summary:

The Project Coordinator for Subsea Services will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for fulfillment execution, coordination and communication of all OTR (Order to Remittance) activities relating to orders
  • Responsible for leading and final execution of internal initiatives of process and facility improvements
  • Assist Services Project team in various roles as demand requires. (Example: assisting PMs, billing, ITO, rental, shop)
  • Work quickly, accurately, and effectively to resolve customer issues and affect long term solutions as required
  • Provide support for sales execution and order conversion
  • Enhance customer relationships and fidelity
  • Communicate the appropriate internal functions of all processes that need to be implemented or improved to give better customer service
  • Maintain, enhance, and drive improvement of the customer service metrics
  • Maintain and improve upon data tracking systems, and data analysis revolving around execution of services and tracking of project requirements and finances.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a customer service position)
  • Strong attention to detail and complete resolution
  • Ability to work with multiple and competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to achieve results with minimal supervision
  • Strong customer service mindset

  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP and Smartsheets
  • Strong project management skills

  • Preferred prior experience with SPS equipment, Offshore rental tooling, and Field Service Experience
