Role Summary:

This role will take direction from the DT Finance work stream lead to provide governance for shared finance outcomes. S/he will be responsible for the operational management of projects/deliverables for separation of key financial horizontal services/processes and align to future state. Post separation, the role will transition to operational effectiveness and design.

Essential Responsibilities:

In the role of Technical Product Analyst, you will:
  • Collaborate with DT Finance domain experts on TSA governance and alignment of exit strategies to ensure requirements and cost targets are met
  • Accountable for making decisions and recommendations to ensure the quality and timeliness of all financial governance and associated reporting. Design, develop and implement methods and strategies to continually improve processes
  • Demonstrate expert level skill in problem decomposition, ability to navigate through ambiguity and clearly communicate at varying levels of the organization
  • Manage day to day execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teams
  • Engage frequently across stakeholder groups (technical and functional); facilitate discussions, provide clarification, and author documentation
  • Translate strategy into tactical components, align resources and execute

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with established experience across the discipline and function

Desired Characteristics:
  • Experience using project management methodologies to deliver business value and drive significant change across an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a highly matrixed environment
  • Ability to work and communicate with cross-functional teams to drive execution plans w/ shared outcomes
  • Experience managing project plan, budget, spend, risk/issues, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project

Business Acumen:
  • Exposure to at least one enterprise resource planning (ERP) package (preferably Oracle 11i or SAP), Data analytics and visualization tools experience a plus but not required
  • Strong problem solving, and analytical skills demonstrated the ability to assimilate new information and understand complex topics

  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of the organization and with other Baker Hughes businesses

  • Able to work under minimal supervision, adaptive; agile approach to delivery
  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
