Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist - Netherlands
Kintec Recruitment is currently seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our client, a fast growing international renewable power developer with ambitious plans to expand in the Dutch and European renewable energy markets, on a permanent staff basis in Amsterdam (Netherlands).
" Will lead and manage the Finance Planning function of the business, including long term business planning, annual budgeting and periodical budget updates as well as lenders financial models.
" Will be in charge of the management reporting process, defining guidelines and reporting methodologies in order to ensure timely, reliable, transparent management information to CEO, Management team, Board of Directors and Group FP&A.
" Will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective performance management system; on that respect he/she will provide effective support in setting operating and financial targets for the financial year in consistency with business strategy and long term business plans and in monitoring the achievement of those targets.
" Will discharge his/her responsibilities under the coordination and supervision of the Chief Financial Officer
" University degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Business Administration from a recognized University (Master's degree in Finance and/or Business Administration preferred)
" Professional qualification such as CFA/CMA/CA/ACCA
" Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis of which 2-3 years should be in a similar position/responsibility
" Strong financial modeling experience
" Familiarity with market leading ERP systems (Oracle preferably)
" Strong knowledge of market leading planning and management reporting systems (Oracle preferably)
" Knowledge of the Power and Utilities sectors
" Must be fluent in English
" Fluency in Dutch desirable
