Job Objective:

Baker Hughes has a job opening for a Technical Support Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) to support (geothermal) Baker Hughes ELECTRICAL SUBMERSIBLE PUMP SYSTEMS in Europe

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Project Management
  • Preparing and providing of Communication Interfaces ( Autocad, Excel)
  • Preparing technical/ electrical details for tender requests and quotation requirements
  • Preparing and attending customer meetings for electrical interfaces
  • Managing electrical queries
  • Requesting proposals from subcontractors and order processing (electrical)
  • Instructing/Coordination electrical subcontractors
  • Training Customer and subcontractor electrical disipline
  • Electrical Training Baker Hughes personal
  • Assisting with (prototype) test, testprocedures for plant interfaces and monitoring devices
  • Preparing Technical electrical documentation for customers
  • Preparing technical electrical description for faultfinding and operation manuals
  • Execution/managing of commissioning, maintenance and faultfinding activities at customer installed BH systems
  • Check of operating conditions of the installed ESP systems
  • Managing inventory of electrical replacement parts

Skill Requirements:
  • State certified electrical Engineer
  • Advanced technical skills including experience in Auto CAD
  • Self-contained, self-motivated and structured to work within a worldwide functioning interdisciplinary team
  • Good written and verbal English and German skills, due to working in an international diverse working environment and strong interest in working with other cultures and travel.
  • Willing to travel and provide electrical support for the installed ESP systems in Europe
