We are recruiting for an HSEQ Administrator to provide direct administration support to the HSE, Quality & Training Team in delivery of the required levels of performance related to HSE, Training, Quality compliance and performance targets.

Required Experience/Competencies

  • Experienced within administration with demonstrably strong administration skills.
  • Experience of administration gained within a HSE or Quality environment would be desirable but is not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and recognition of the importance of accuracy.
  • Conscientious nature and a diligent attitude to work
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate and engage with the wider organisation.
  • Strong Customer Service skills and a focus on delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build & maintain productive working relationships both internal and external to the organisation.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.

 

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • To engage, collaborate with and support the Group HSE, Quality & Training leads to ensure the delivery of team objectives related to Hydrasun's key HSEQ & Training processes.
  • Establish and cement strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation including our key external customers and other regulatory stakeholders
  • Provide administration support to the organisation in maintaining all associated HSE, Training and Quality documentation (including controlled documentation)
  • To administer relevant information agendas, minutes and presentation materials required for HSE, Quality, and Training meetings
  • To provide administration support to the Group HSE, Quality and Training leads in relation to both internal and external audit requirements.
  • To provide administrative support in effective delivery of Hydrasun's HSEQ Action Management Process (Q-Pulse) ensuring corrective actions are recorded and communicated to the relevant responsible person(s). Running regular reports and reviewing actions, escalating to the Group HSE, Quality and Training Leads where required.
  • To collate and issue HSE & Quality performance statistics to both external and internal customers, logging of all internal and customer complaints and non-conformances and co-ordination and administration of Hydrasun's supplier evaluation process.
  • Support the team in delivery of continuous improvement and adoption of best practice across the organisation.
  • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail on all associated HSE, Quality and Training documentation.
