Role Summary:

The Upstream Pressure Sales Manager is responsible for growing orders of Pressure transducer products and services in the North America upstream market. In this role, you will identify opportunities, build pipeline, accurately forecast and close orders.

Essential Responsibilities:

In the role of Measurement Solutions Upstream Pressure Sales Manager, you will:


  • Develop and implement a plan for growing Pressure Sales in the upstream Oil & Gas market.
  • Support product management during customer visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
  • Support Product Development with market trending, customer feedback, and field experience
  • Build Opportunity Pipeline: Identify new opportunities for our current product offering
  • Maintain a high level of technical and commercial competence on all pressure products
  • Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities




  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in oil & gas, pressure sensing sales, sales management or product management

Desired Characteristics:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • Demonstrated Domain Expertise of Pressure products in the aerospace/aviation/defense market
  • Energetic, self-driven, financially motivated sales professional
  • Strong knowledge of the pressure sensor and instrumentation market
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace and defense industry
  • Ability to cold call and develop relationships with current and new customer accounts
  • Ability to communicate and sell to multiple levels within the customer organization
  • Relevant experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to clearly communicate product opportunity to management as needed
  • Proven experience in executing a successful tradeshow
  • Demonstrated ability to execute and drive results
  • Profit motivated with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills and knowledge of all business reports, including in-depth knowledge of financial statements
  • Experience with technical solution sales of engineered products
