We are looking for an experienced Installation Engineer for a large offshore Installation project. This is a contract position for 12 months with the potential for extension, based in Constanta, Romania.
Responsible to verify EPCIC Contractor installation Planning and Methods in the preparation of the Project Installation works are in accordance with Contract Scope of work and Specifications and add value to the preparation and execution of the Installation of Pipeline and Structures.
" To verify Contractor Offshore Installation Schedule, identify marine interfaces and participate in finding the best way to manage these interfaces.
" To follow offshore operation as CSR.
" To manage Company Subcontractor representatives on board Contractor vessels.
" To follow and report to Company Management, the Contractor Vessel Readiness preparation and Mobilisation, witness all vessel(s) sea-trials.
" To provide onshore Installation function assistance during Fabrication works in onshore yard.
" To be in charge of preparing daily reports (offshore) and subsequent analyses of Offshore works progress.
" To report any events having an impact on the general planning of operations and participate in finding the way to manage these changes.
" To participate in the Review and Approval of Contractor Installation Design Reports and Specifications.
" Review and approve Contractor HDD procedure, monitor all preparations and the offshore execution of the HDD work.
" To liaise daily with the EPCIC Installation Contractor.
" To manage Company MWS interface and activities.
" To give all relevant technical input to the WP3 Package Manager, to propose solutions for Installation interfaces activities and to participate in interface meetings.
" To monitor onshore fabrication works and fitting of Installation temporary items in yard. ( Rigging, Flooding and Grouting systems etc).
" To witness Contractor outfitting of cargo barges for Transportat
