Role Summary:

The Supporting Service Agreements (SSA) Sales Manager is responsible for growing North America's portfolio of Services Agreements for Panametrics product line. In this role, you will identify opportunities, build pipeline, accurately forecast and close orders within North America.

Essential Responsibilities:

In the role of Supporting Service Agreements Sales Manager, you will:
  • Maintain an accurate forecast in our CRM tool (Deal Machine)
  • Support Product Development with market trending, customer feedback, and field experience
  • Identify service opportunities not currently offered that will provide customer value and ultimately orders growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
  • Interact and coordinate commercial developments with Sales Managers, Key Account Managers and Field Services teams to maximize customer value and satisfaction
  • Develop direct relationships with customer, conduct contract negotiations and presentations
  • Aggressively target SSA sales across all verticals in the Panametrics product line (Upstream, midstream, downstream and District Energy)
  • Maintain a high level of technical and commercial competence on all Panametrics products and services
  • Build Opportunity Pipeline: Identify new opportunities and plan account developments

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, sales management or product management

Eligibility Requirements:
  • Travel up to 50% of the time, as required

Desired Characteristics:
  • Demonstrated Domain Expertise in measuring and instrumentation applications
  • Energetic, self-driven, financially motivated sales professional
  • Strong Knowledge of the customer base in all or some of the covered verticals.
  • Ability to cold call and develop relationships with current and new customer accounts
  • Ability to communicate and sell to multiple levels within the customer organization
  • Team Player
  • Ability to clearly communicate business opportunities to management as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with technical solution sales of engineered products
