Role Summary:

The Lead Sales Specialist is responsible for developing solutions with Remote Visual Inspections (RVI) product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects. Use technical knowledge to work with clients in Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation and General Manufacturing to understand their products and systems. Responsible for achieving a sales plan in a specific region (Arizona). Defines sales strategy for targeted clients. Some customization to client conditions can be done. Cooperates with (technical) sales support to realize sales.

Essential Responsibilities:

In the role of Lead Sales Specialist, you will:
  • Be responsible for driving RVI products and Advanced Inspection Services orders and sales through new and existing clients; self-starter
  • Be responsible for implementing a sales strategy that is less defined in scope, utilize understanding and experience to execute business objectives, and capable to effect short and long-term business goals
  • Be accountable to deliver on commitments and communicate progress and support required
  • Execute Strategies to win in a competitive landscape
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Study Market environment and analyze competition trends, Work with Marketing to develop project specific sales strategies for assigned customers
  • Create and Drive Process Changes to develop winning strategies and Order closure
  • Embrace customer focused mindset and commit to build and improve relationships with customers
  • Practice Value Selling for the technology as a differentiator
  • Negotiate contracts as required
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs, and customer base
  • Cultivate long term relationships at all levels of customer organization

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales, Product Support, or Service of Remote Visual Inspection equipment)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Product Support, or Service of Remote Visual Inspection equipment

Eligibility Requirements:
  • Travel up to 50% as required
