JOB DESCRIPTION

Effectively plans, manages, and sustains the company's overall manufacturing effort of the facility through the coordination and management of HSSE, Manufacturing, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Materials, Warehouse and continuous improvement for the location in support of the overall company objectives. Monitors the budget and the quality of each department's work processes and output.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Experience with formal safety programs

Experience with lean manufacturing concepts

Previous P&L responsibility

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams

Negotiation and effective communication skills required

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to effectively interface and collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure positive results

Good knowledge of the Microsoft business suite, especially Word and Excel

Proven track record of leadership and management

Well developed decision-making skills

Crisis management skills

Knowledge and development of state-of-the-art manufacturing practices (including

QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL

Bachelor's degree with MBA Degree as preferred or 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.

PREFERRED

Previous P&L responsibility using standard cost accounting methodology

Experience with TapRoot incident reporting

Six Sigma Green or Black Belt

Understanding of Artificial Lift and Cased Hole Completions products.
