Role Summary:

Act as the single point of contact with customer for aftermarket activities, both sales and rental projects. Act as point of contact related to warranty/guarantee claims from internal and external customer. Act as single point of contact for FSE's working in the field, on projects handled by department.

Essential Responsibilities:

•Contribute to the department business strategy.

•Establish technical and commercial agreements for modifications, maintenance and upgrading projects paid by the customer.

•Sales and tendering for add-on deliveries for systems after completion and delivery.

•Promote and ensure compliance to company and regulatory HSE requirements & expectations at all times

•Promote and ensure compliance to company and regulatory Quality management systems at all times

•Responsible for project execution with moderate scope.

•Project cost control and invoicing for department projects.

•Risk management.

•Organize work packages to support production requirements.

•Participate in close-out/handover of delivery projects.

•Establish cost basis/agreement for warranty/guarantee claims and follow-up.

•Ensure customer satisfaction.

•Frequent interaction with Sourcing, Engineering, QA, HSE, Finance, Field service, Work Shop

•Planning and progress reporting, both internally and external

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering/Technical Institute or experience in lieu

•Proven years industrial experience/engineering

•Proven experience with project management.

•Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

•Ability to effectively facilitate & lead customer meetings.

•PC literate: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Navision, MS Projects, ProArc, Eplan.

•Business acumen and commercial skills.

•Strong oral and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English language.
