Kintec Recruitment is currently seeking an Engineering Manager to work with our client, an operating company, in Azerbaijan.

Main Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing and directing the activities required to ensure engineering, design and construction of oil and gas facilities are safe, efficient, reliable and in compliance with all established contracts, agreements, policies, laws and regulatory procedures.
Directing and aligning the engineering team with the needs and goals of the business.
Guiding the team to ensure any proposed engineering solutions are safe, cost-efficient and meets the international standards.

Main Requirements:

BSc/MSc in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 10-15 years experience with minimum 5 years in an engineering leadership function
Excellent understanding of offshore Oil and Gas product facilities and operation
Experience with offshore greenfield projects
Experience with high value ($1billion +) Oil & Gas projects
Experience with offshore greenfield projects
