The successful candidate will have a proven record of excellence in administrative roles, preferably within the services sector. The Administrative Assistant will work directly to support our Senior Staff, Field Services Inspectors, immediate Manager and his support staff. Furthermore, they will work with other employees based both locally and remotely therefore should display strong interpersonal skills highlighting communications excellence and a 'self-starter' attitude.
•General administrative support and provide additional support for the business line as needed
•Data entry and maintenance of company databases, directories and records.
•Coordinator client inspection certificates
•Process inspection packages, Shipping
•Assist with calls from clients and inspectors
•AP processing of vendor invoices
•Prepare, edit reports, spreadsheets and excel and word documents as required
•Scan, email and file electronic reports
•Other duties as required to assist in supporting the operations of the business unit.
•Excellent communication skills with high level of English proficiency, both written and verbal
•Advanced / Intermediate computer and Microsoft (Excel and Word) skills a must, typing, 10 Key
•Microsoft Outlook experience helpful
•Strong organizational skills
•Ability to work independently
•Highly professional demeanor
•Strong time management skills
•Experience in data base management and reporting required
