To provide direct and indirect administrative support to the Tax Director and Tax Managers.
This role includes standard administrative duties, in addition to responsibilities for the Director, Global Tax and direct reports. Duties include but not limited to:
Coordinate office support services for the tax department, including prepare reports, tax filings, and other documents. Schedule meetings, international travel, catering needs, and facilities management as required.
Prepare expense reports on a monthly basis.
Ad Hoc Projects, as requested by the Tax Director and Tax Managers.
Assist with department invoice processing, analysis and professional fee budgeting.
Assist and coordinate property tax filings, sales tax filings and other IRS forms as needed.
High School education. Some college preferred.
At least three to five years in an administrative support position.
A demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new software packages. Ability to use spreadsheet and software programs effectively. Possess advanced computer skills and internet research skills. Excellent communication and writing skills, ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside vendors and clients.
The candidate must possess superior verbal and communication skills, as well as superior customer service skills.
Candidate must be professional with a strong ability to multi-task, set priorities and work well in an open environment, as part of a team and under pressure.
High level of analytical skills with ability to interpret results and recognize problems. Must be organized and able to prioritize and focus on multiple tasks.
