Plan and organize the blending activities to deliver the production plan.
Attend and organize team meetings to discuss about production status, ongoing problems and safety.
Work with cross functional team to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures in place.
Optimum utilization of assets and recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
Work with Managers to analyze orders and develop production tasks and schedule order timely close.
Should have good knowledge on Permit to work system/Job safety analysis/Hazop/Risk assessment tools/HEMP.
Should have knowledge of Maintenance systems and processes.
Review the work instruction, SOP and refresher with operators on regular basis. .
Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions. To implement new techniques like Lean/TPM and other problem-solving techniques
Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
Responsible for getting the jobs done with right quality and proper housekeeping of the areas.
Responsible for attending the critical safety points as per daily safety meetings.
Ensure compliance to Shell safety policy.
