Role Summary:

As an experienced analyst in the Analysis & Integrity function, the post holder will be responsible for supporting a wide range of day-to-day and strategic quality and workload management processes. The post holder will support the regional manager in the coordination of training, maintenance of certifications and management of workload and feedback/quality/customer complaint workflows.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the customer feedback system working with with Team Leaders, Specialists and Analysts to ensure the feedback is closed out promptly, accurately and comprehensively

• Take ownership of feedback and complaints arising from the QMS system ensuring that actions are closed out and that the system is appropriately updated in a timely manner

• Support in the communication of relevant findings from the above processes to the client

• Provide support to the Regional Manager to identify and resolve production problems early engaging with Team Leaders, Specialists and Analysts as necessary

• Identify and drive process improvement in the team using Six Sigma, Lean and Fastworks methodologies as appropriate

• Identify and drive VCP savings

• Provide support to the commercial team as needed

• Support the Regional Manager to engage and communicate report status and issues to the Operations and Finance teams


• Degree in Engineering, Business, Science or equivalent technical discipline

• Experience managing delivery of information to clients via reports, phone calls, presentations or formal emails

• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills Detailed, analytical, process driven approach

• Green Belt Certified (GE Employees only)

• Certified at least Level 2 PQ-2005 discipline

• Occasional business travel

Desired Characteristics:

· BB certification (GE internal applicants only)

· Auditor trained PQ-2005 / API 1163 experience

· Experience with quality and feedback management systems

· Experience managing the delivery of client feedback
