Role Summary:

Senior Sales Manager (Greater North) shall be responsible for the growth of Phoenix brand of equipment through direct sales to customers. He will also be responsible for RT, UT and RVI sales through local channels - with additional focus on the security segment where we expect growth. He/She will be responsible for sales and for formulating the sales-strategy to grow business in the region - working closely with the Sales Director and the Product Teams.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Total Responsibility of generating business from the following region (Primarily NCR, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand. Also J&K, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Sikkim and other North Eastern States mostly via channels)
  • Direct Sale of our Phoenix Line of cabinet X-Ray solutions in the allocated region.
  • Prepare and implement a channel policy for the region for Sale of portables (UT, X-Ray and RVI)
  • Sell our various NDT solutions to the security market* via existing/new channel partner (*Opportunities in the Securities Segment that are centrally tendered from one location but involves supplies to multiple regions within India)
  • Diligent inputs and maintenance of every opportunity in Deal Machine software
  • Preparing reports etc for her/his area of operations - as and when needed.


  • B.E. in any discipline OR Science Graduate with MBA
  • Knowledge in any two NDT technique from UT, RT, RVI, with 2 years experience in selling these products
  • Minimum 7 years of Sales Experience with including managing channels
