Full - Time Regular

Baker Hughes offers the opportunity as an Administrative and Executive Support. Positions require understanding of concepts, methods, procedures and approaches in Administration.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Office and administrative assistance to teams or individuals.
  • Should not include calendar management and other personal support agenda.
  • Signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.
  • Communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
  • Contributes to project as a team member.


Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or College.
  • Diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Administration and Support.
  • Ability to handle multiple activities successfully.
