Role Summary:

Commercial Operations - Spare Parts role involves preparation of proposals/bids, contract

negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop proposals; negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing.
  • Gives input to a sales plan in a specific area.
  • Professional products.
  • Sales rep has to understand technical workings, conditions of use, specifications etc.
  • Is expected to define customer approach autonomously.
  • Leads a department of large personnel costs.


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proven experience in Sales) or equivalent experience.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
