Our client is a Major Oil & Gas company based in the North West recruiting for Process Engineer with experience Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Chemical FEED / EPC exp

Specific Competencies Required include: ( 3 - 5 years min )
" Knowledge and experience in the process design of onshore Oil & Gas Facilities during FEED and/or detailed design project phases including:
o the UK Regulatory environment
o relevant industry codes, standards and guidelines for the Energy sector
o Process Simulation (Aspen HYSYS preferred)
o Development of Heat and Material Balances, Process Flow Diagrams and P&ID's
o Sizing and specification of Process requirements for Major Process Equipment; Utility Equipment; Equipment Packages
o Line sizing and hydraulic calculations
o Hazard Study including HAZID and HAZOP
o Basic knowledge and experience of Functional Safety Management including SIL Classification using LOPA methodology
o Relief and Blowdown calculations
