Residential contract in Qatar - Sept 2022

In close contact with the Project Management Team the job holder manages HSE issues related to Contract application and the reporting to HSE for Onshore and Offshore activities. In addition the job holder is accountable for the following:
" Demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSE rules & requirements
" Promotes HSE policy, Safety Culture and Objectives (Incident Free, 10 Golden rules, etc.)
" Ensure deployment of HSE plan and procedures on project packages
" Review and prepare HSE related Contracts for packages ensuring the Company HSE MS and Project HSE procedures are taking into account
" Support packages in the evaluation and selection of bidders during Call for Tender process
" Assist packages in the execution of the detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, commissioning, transportation and installation phases
" Provide support and expertise to projects for achieving their HSE performances in line with Company's HSE policy and objectives
" Highlight and alert Head of HSE about identified CONTRACTOR deviation from contract requirements

" Promote Incident Free safety culture program and participate actively in all HSE campaigns launched by the Company
" Participate to Package Meetings when required and provide proper reporting
" Provide support to Packages during Call For Tender process
" Review Pre-Qualification Dossier and reply to Technical Clarifications from bidders
" Organize and lead HSE audits for qualification or baseline and follow-up when required
" Participate to HSE team recruitment and anticipate needs of resources for both packages
" Provide support and guidance to HSE Superintendents to ensure proper application of COMPANY Standards, Guidelines and use of approved Templates (HSE Inspections, Dashboard for reporting, etc)
" Provide support to HSE Superintendents in the deployment of COMPANY HSE plan at CONTRACTOR yard location (Emergency Response, Incident Reporting,
