The Senior Construction & Interfaces Engineer will hold a commensurate amount of responsibility to coordinate the readiness of the project for construction campaigns.
To drive an accident free environment, maintaining a strong safety culture; compliance with HSE rules.
To be a key Leader for FEED & EPCIC Contractors multi-discipline coordination to ensure onshore and offshore construction activities. To support Brownfield activities definition and sequence for shutdown and offshore activities duration minimization. To ensure SimOps mitigations implementation.
To ensure EPCIC deliver fabricated items with zero carry over works to the offshore construction team. To recruit onshore and offshore COMPANY construction teams.
To define all the interfaces with other entities and project and to ensure proper management in place from FEED stage.
To define all tie-ins and shutdown activities to minimize production loses.
To deliver integrated offshore items with Mechanical and Pre-commissioning fully completed to the Commissioning team.
Responsible for preparation and running the offshore construction activities to the works related to the project, including:
o To ensure compliance with HSE (occupational and process) legislation, Company standards and procedures as they apply to project management and project engineering, to ensure employee safety and legislative compliance.
o To ensure compliance with Company Management System and applicable International Standards.
o To coordinate with SIMOPS team and to ensure associated mitigations implementation.
o To insure the good level of competency for Supervision Team offshore.
Scope and development:
o To ensure FEED and EPCIC contractors preparation of required procedures - method statement - schedule - resources plan.. in timely and quality manner to prepare and coordinate the offshore construction activities.
o To attend to all the project meetings to provide construction inputs and support to Brownfield tea
