The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Supervisor role is delivery focused and is responsible for partnering closely with the business to drive and embed change. This is a senior role within our in-house OCM team and will report to the OCM Manager.
Engage with business leaders and stakeholders to assess and classify the change to determine the targeted change approach
Provide change strategy and planning expertise to effectively address and mitigate the change opportunities and challenges
Own the value chain of Organizational Change Management deliverables including the Case for Change, Change Management Approach, Stakeholder Engagement, Change Impact Assessment, Communication Approach, Change Network Approach, Training Approach and Sustainability Approach
Drive business value and impact by delivering measurable change management interventions
Manage and coach change specialists to enhance their change management capability
Partner with other functions of the organization (Corporate Communications, Human Resources, etc.) to effectively facilitate and sustain the change
Provide expert coaching and advice to business stakeholders to help change mindsets and behaviors
Equip the business with skills to better manage and sustain change
Deep expertise in initiating and leading change management in a project environment
Expertise in change management methods and their application, with a focus on delivering measurable business value
Proven change management delivery (strong execution discipline focused on delivering impactful outcomes)
Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills - proven results of working as a trusted advisor
Good understanding of the Oil and Gas business
Highly skilled in developing team members
Independent objective thinker
Confident to perform in an high-ambiguity work environment
