Job Responsibilities

  • Participates in the planning, execution, and management of all phases of snubbing operation job to ensure delivery of services according to client requirements and expectations.
  • Provide technical support to crew and clients at the wellsite.
  • Supervise the snubbing operations provided by the company.
  • Provide support during the planning stages of upcoming work.
  • Preparation of pre and post job reports for jobs done.
  • Assist in the training of other Company personnel. Train, coach, and mentor the crews as requires.
  • Supervise selection of equipment to be shipped at start of operation.
  • Supervising well-testing operations, using other medium other than water, if needed.
  • Maintain adequate descriptions and procedures for all company and/ or third party equipment that may be used during a well operations at the client's well site. This information may be maintained electronically or as hard copies.
  • Submit to Operations/Rig Manager at the end of the well intervention operations a detailed report of the operations.
  • Prepare BHA drawings for Company Representative and rig personnel.
  • Complete all Nordic reports during operation. These reports include the Daily Rig report, Service Ticket, final report with associated documentation, and the Supplemental Report. Additional reports are provided for milling, Corrective Action Request and Motor Run reports, these reports shall be completed when applicable and turned in to the Operations/Rig Manager.
  • Document and record all equipment involved in an operation (equipment list for each well site), inform customer representative of which equipment is being used, and of any extra equipment ordered and a record of all equipment present on location.
