Role Summary:In this role, you will be responsible for managing ITIL Governance operations and ERP security
architecture of our Oracle eBusiness Suite applications. You will work closely with ERP
Deployment & DevOps teams to ensure Change & Configuration Management policies are
adhered to. You will also support SoX Audits, Internal & External Audits.
Essential Responsibilities:In this role Staff Analytics Engineer, you will:

ERP Governance & Operations:

  • Oversee the monitoring, audit, maintenance and production support of our ERP
  • Manage projects related to ERP Security & SoX Governance. An example - implement
    appropriate segregation of duties (SoD) from a system configuration and access perspective
  • Lead ERP technology initiatives such as evaluation of new tools, define new standards &
    process improvement
  • Conduct technical reviews to eliminate or minimize customizations
  • Conduct Code Reviews, capture metrics to improve the drive better code quality for ERP
    Projects by working closely with Project Teams
  • Participate in the preparation of long-range systems plans and assure that they are in concert
    with business objectives and goals
  • Manage Instance strategy to effectively use non-production environments to support software
    development, QA and UAT activities
  • Generate ideas and implement to increase automation in deployment / migrations
  • Manage all aspects of software/hardware releases, SOX compliance for our ERP systems

    Change management:
  • Provide final checkpoint for ERP change management process
  • Ensure that change management procedures are followed for production support tickets,
    Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Projects and incident resolutions
  • Be responsible for working with internal and external audit teams, service providers and
    business process owners on change management, access control and audits
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams, Risk / Compliance team, business process owners and
    external service providers to plan, execute and communicate scheduled & un-scheduled ERP
    environment activities
  • Evaluate technology risks to ensure that mitigation plans are in place and escalate when

    Configuration Management:
  • Define processes and procedures for effective configuration management using
    configuration management tools
  • Provide governance to code development practices to ensure good quality of code being
    released to production environment
  • Provide administration of code repository, code deployment toolsets
  • Ensure that version control is maintained and development team follows proper coding
    standards and processes, Check-in, Check-out and deployment of code

  • Work closely with ERP Operations Leaders, Project Managers and other integrating
    systems teams to coordinate software releases, environment plans and cross system activities
  • Work with IT Controllership/Audit/compliance teams to remediate any deficiencies as a result
    of periodic audits and sustain processes to ensure sustained compliance
  • Attend weekly and emergency meetings and resolve any issues with releases, deployments
    and environment

    Thought & Process Leadership:
  • It is expected that this position will utilize prior expertise and experience in the areas of
    release management, SOX compliance and management and monitoring of Oracle ERP
    computing environments to advocate implementation of best in breed processes, practices and
    tools in these areas
  • Identify opportunities to optimize return on investment, efficiency, reliability, availability,
    serviceability, and simplicity of services
  • Mentor, coach, and train the team for delivery of team responsibilitiesQualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with current information technologies and their influence on
    business functions
  • Minimum 3 years development / implementation experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite
    Desired Characteristics:
  • Experience with Primavera tool & Oracle GRC will be an added advantage
  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Apps architecture
  • Familiarity with Cloud Computing concepts
  • Experience with SOX audits and certifications
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively analyze and solve complex problems

  • Technical skills in Oracle eBusiness Suite - Application Object Library (AOL) and its Security
  • Proficiency in EBS AOL concepts, RBAC, personalizations and customizations within EBS
  • Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, JAVA, OAF and Oracle Database.
  • Knowledge of Oracle AIM methodology and 12.2 online patching principles, EBR
  • Experience with Oracle SR management
  • Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
  • Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead down and present up to
    senior leadership
