Role Summary/Purpose

In this role, you will lead the Procure to Pay COE Tools, Analytics, and Process Excellence digital strategy & transformation journey across BHGE globally. This role will drive change management, communication strategy, design and deployment of digital solutions for our Source to Pay wing to wing. In addition, the role will lead a global team accountable for setting short and long-term strategies to enable functional excellence.

Essential Responsibilities

In the role of Senior Sourcing Initiatives Manager, you will:
  • Develop & execute Source to pay digital and process roadmap, ensuring successful execution as a stand loan BHGE entity
  • Transform our supplier data management & invoice management solutions from a tools & process perspective... focusing on business outcomes
  • Develop & deploy blueprint solutions & standard operating procedures across P2P
  • Champion Sourcing and procure to pay (P2P) solutions and digital tool adoption
  • Responsible for budget & cost related to P2P tools and support vendor negotiation strategy
  • Partner with DT and operations teams to determine infrastructure/solutions and drive selective transformation
  • Design our data analytics strategy and/or dashboards to deliver key sourcing and P2P metrics
  • Collaborate with PC sourcing ops teams to execute/adopt blueprint solutions independently while providing value as needed
  • Maintain and develop peer relationships across the Supply Chain matrix organization to support effective implementations and leverage best practices
  • Work across regions and functions to secure program buy-in and drive implementation/enablement of the programs and initiatives across BHGE
  • Drives continuous improvement opportunities for digitization, process simplification, process standardization and/or cycle reduction
  • Be the primary interface with operations and digital leaders in other functional areas in the business where horizontal teamwork and wing-to-wing process execution is required

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project / program management, Source to Pay, Sourcing and / or operations role

Eligibility Requirements
  • Travel up to 25% of the time, as required

Desired Characteristics
  • Experience in Procure to Pay (P2P)
  • Strong understanding of the full spectrum of the buy to pay processes
  • Strong understanding of SAP and/or Oracle
  • Experience leading large scale cross functional projects
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong change management and facilitation skills
  • Strong execution skills utilizing sound project management, organizational, communication and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills including crisp verbal skills
