På grunn av økt arbeidsmengde i forbindelse med nye kontrakter ønsker vi å forsterke verkstedet med en ekstra Tool Tekniker. Vi søker deg som er service innstilt og liker å stå på i et hektisk arbeidsmiljø. Våre fokusområder er å jobbe sikkert, levere service kvalitet, samt ha et trivelig arbeidsmiljø.

Arbeidsoppgaver:

  • Generelt vedlikehold av avdelingens boreutstyr som i hovedsak består av reamere, kjerneboreutstyr og borekroner
  • Sette sammen diverse typer boreutstyr som Reamere (hull-utvider) og Hullåpnere. Demontere brukt boreutstyr, utføre vedlikehold og kontrollere slitasje. Dokumentere arbeid både ved montering og demontering av boreutstyr
  • Klargjøre utstyr for kjerneboring, samt utstyr for håndtering og forsendelse av kjerneprøve. Rengjøre, teste og vedlikeholde kjerneboreutstyr som har vært offshore
  • Dysesette borekroner i henhold til gitt behov, dokumentere og klargjøre for forsendelse. Utføre enkelt vedlikehold på brukte borekroner
  • Pakking og klargjøring av offshore forsendelser
  • Følge avdelingens prosedyrer og utføre nødvendig dokumentasjon, både for interne og ekterne krav
  • Utføre oppgaver i SAP som å hente og oppdatere informasjon om avdelingens utstyr
  • Kunne bruke og oppdatere informasjon i vårt mobiliseringsverktøy, Modem

Job description:

 

  • Maintenance of the department's drilling equipment, mainly consisting of reamers, core drilling equipment and drill bits
  • Assemble different types of drilling equipment such as Reamers (Hole Enlargement Tools) and Hole Openers. Disassemble used drilling equipment, perform maintenance and make wear reports. Document work both during assembly and disassembly of drilling equipment
  • Prepare core drilling equipment, as well as equipment for handling and shipment of core samples
  • Clean, test and maintain core drilling equipment that has been offshore
  • Nozzle up drill bits according to given specifications and prepare for shipment. Perform simple maintenance on used drill bits
  • Preparation of offshore units and shipments
  • Follow procedures and perform necessary documentation, both for internal and external requirements
  • Perform tasks in SAP, like find and update information about the department's equipment
  • Be able to use and update information in our mobilization program, Modem

Qualifications:
Mechanical background is required, preferably with Trade Certificate.
Relevant work experience is desirable.
Familiar with Microsoft Office programs (much of the information is available and stored electronically).
Forklift driver license, T1, T2 and T4.
Overhead crane, G4

We opened in Venezuela in 1940. By 1946, the company – using its innovative technology – had expanded into Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and the Middle East and began performing services for the Arabian-American Oil Company, the forerunner of Saudi Aramco.

 

In 1951, Halliburton made its first appearance in Europe as Halliburton Italiana SpA., a wholly owned subsidiary in Italy. In the next seven years, Halliburton launched Halliburton Company Germany GmbH, set up operations in Argentina and established a subsidiary in England.

 

In 1984, Halliburton provided all of the well completion equipment for the first multiwell platform offshore China. Two years later, Halliburton became the first American company to perform an oilfield service job on the China mainland

 

The final decade of the 20th century brought more changes and growth to Halliburton. The company opened a branch office in Moscow in 1991.

 

The company realigned its work into Eastern and Western Hemisphere operations in 2006, and in 2007, divided its service offerings into two divisions: Completion and Production, and Drilling and Evaluation.

 

Today, Halliburton offers the world's broadest array of products, services and integrated solutions for oil and gas exploration, development and production.
