Role Summary:The role holder to be based in Shannon Ireland
The Commercial/Contracts Specialist position at BHGE Measurement and Sensing will be responsible for supporting new business; from qualification through to order handover. Focus will be on larger projects across Europe supporting commercial and contractual negotiations incl. risk management, T&Cs, price/margin etc
Essential Responsibilities:Reporting to the Global Commercial Operations Leader, you will mainly assist in supporting of:
Data analysis
Process mapping
Root cause analysis
Standard Operating Procedure writing.
Process implementation
Supporting project prequalification proposals.
Support contract negotiation, contract review and approval process
Work with regional sales team as a key partner in the development of winning proposal
Support the Product Line strategy and Region metrics in meeting segment
Orders, Sales, As-Sold Margin and Hit Rate
Enforce order-booking requirements and drive an improved TATsQualifications/Requirements:Degree in Law, Business, Science, Technical, Engineering, (or equivalent) from an 3rd level institution
Strong writing, organisational, communication and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and should have demonstrated team leadership
Fluent in English
Self-starter with high energy level
