Role Summary/Purpose

Lead SAP ERP Deployments for the BHGE. The role will be focused on driving business outcomes using a combination of ERP, process standardization, simplification and analytical tools. As a deployment leader, you will drive day-to-day planning and delivery of the ERP program. In this role, you will have complete ownership of the project planning, day-to-day project management, working with stakeholders & cross functional teams, manage & communicate risks, financial management (budget), vendor management and ensuring stabilization and solution adoption.

Essential Responsibilities

In the role of Principal Technical Program Manager, you will:
  • Transform the business & enable organic and inorganic growth via process simplification & ERP rollouts
  • Drive overall business outcomes with a combination of ERP, Analytics and process transformations. Go live of an ERP is not an entitlement till true business outcomes are achieved
  • Ownership of the overall program roadmap, prioritization and successful operationalization
  • Ensure a "Process first" approach and drive the teams towards an optimized wing to wing business process
  • Complete project deliverables ownership from an overall IT standpoint. Manage & Scorecard Project deliverables
  • Identify resources; manage project schedule and deliverables with in the available budget
  • Effectively engage global thought leaders to create and propose solutions with high impact to business and/or its customers
  • Manage leadership communications, organizational communications and escalations
  • Educate and engage the executive leadership team and help drive Organizational initiatives that will drive value from the ERP rollouts
  • Proactive issues management and project risks resolution
  • Drive standardization of processes across business units and product lines
  • Manage cross-business system and process integration
  • Ensure effective communications, across project and functional groups
  • Own data quality, completeness and cross-functional process integration
  • Manage STAT and SOX deliverables for the project.
  • Collaborate with the business process leaders, SAP DevOps, various DT teams, & vendors to drive key project deliverables
  • Own the overall vendor management, bidding process and the managing the vendor
  • Costs/deliverables for the project

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a technical program management position
  • Minimum 5 years of domain expertise and experience working on SAP ERP rollouts
  • Minimum 5 years of hands on SAP experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing budgets including budget, spend and liquidations
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working and managing global & cross-functional teams

Eligibility Requirements
  • Travel up to 30% of the time, as required

Desired Characteristics
  • Master's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience with data quality tools/methodologies is a plus
  • PMP/PMI certification is a plus
