Leads, mentors and provides supervision for R&M workshop personnel assigned

Responsible for prioritizing equipment repairs in collaboration with Service Line Manager/Supervisor

Responsible for regularly communicating to Service Line Manager/Supervisor the status of equipment repairs including expected completion date and expected repair costs

Responsible for ensuring all necessary upgrades or modifications are performed as per instructions for equipment assigned

Responsible for ordering of parts, repairing of parts and setting stock levels

Responsible for ensuring all workshop equipment is maintained in good order, all calibrations are up to date and documentation for both are properly stored

Responsible for the maintenance work area assigned ensuring it is kept efficiently organized and equipped with necessary supplies and tools as well as is clean and free of debris, grease, oil, mud and any other

Responsible for ensuring all Service Delivery Quality management systems including service records pertaining to R&M applications are utilized and accurate and up to date

Performs various other duties and activities as assigned by manager within the physical constraints of the job

Understands and complies with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford



High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

Strong communication, organizing, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking skills, especially when under pressure

Positive attitude, with a high degree of self-discipline and self-motivation

User of Excel, Word, and Outlook

Previous experience in planning maintenance operations

Ability to collaborate with others and have good team-building skills



Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment

Two years R&M supervision experience in the oilfield environment
