The Chevron Business Support Center (BASSC), located in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, is accepting online applications for the position of HR Administrative Assistant.
Successful candidates will join the Human Resources Shared Services Center, which is initiating operations in Buenos Aires in 2019. The Human Resources Shared Services Center will be part of a successful multifunction service center with a workforce of more than 500 employees, that delivers business services and solutions across the globe since 2006.
- Assist the GM in daily activities, meeting logistics/coordination, including visitors agendas (entertainment, dinners, room bookings), manage travel and expense reports, as needed.
- Expatriate coordination support
- Coordinate travel-related arrangements including flights, hotels, rental car, etc.
- Expats Immigration and Relocation process documentation and paperwork production
- Procurement, order business cards, prepare timely expense reports related to company P-Card usage
- General Administrative activities
- Coordinate mail, sort, classify and distribute correspondence and distribute
- Research venues and compare prices for events
- Coordinate training logistics
- Other administrative tasks, as needed
