Halliburton er et oljeserviceselskap på jakt etter en kandidat som er systematisk og serviceinnstilt. Vi søker en engasjert Service, Kvalitet & Helse og Arbeidsmiljø Rådgiver til vår HMS&SK Avdeling, med spesielt fokus på fagfelt service kvalitet og helse/arbeidsmiljø.

Arbeidsoppgaver:
Arbeidsoppgavene vil blant annet bestå i å ivareta myndighetskrav, kundekrav samt Halliburton sine interne prosedyrer og retningslinjer. Være en aktiv pådriver for å oppnå Halliburton sine målsetninger.

I tillegg:
  • Delta i utarbeidelse av HMS&SK delen i forbindelse med anbud
  • Utvikle og vedlikeholde interne prosesser
  • Delta i / utføre revisjoner og inspeksjoner
  • Identifisere og evaluere risiko offshore / land operasjon, og identifisere risikoreduserende tiltak innenfor området
  • Ivareta administrative oppgaver og møtevirksomhet som faller inn under området
  • Arbeide tett med kunder internt og eksternt, leverandører og myndigheter
  • Gjennomføre opplæring og veiledning av våre ansatte og ledere knyttet til HMS&SK fagområde


Kvalifikasjoner:
  • Utdanning - relevant bachelorgrad eller tilsvarende. Nyutdannede oppfordres til å søke på stillingen, arbeidserfaring kan kompensere for formell utdanning
  • Kompetanse innen helse/arbeidsmiljø og kunnskap om relevante NORSOK- og ISO-standarder og annet regelverk
  • Forståelse av risikoanalysemetoder og verktøy
  • Kompetanse i systematisk HMS&SK-arbeid og erfaring med å jobbe med et tverrfaglig HMS&SK-fokus

Job description:
Focus will be, but not limited to, maintaining regulatory requirements, customer requirements and Halliburton's internal procedures and guidelines. Actively engaged in achieving Halliburton objectives & goals.

In addition, the candidate will:
  • Be Involved in HSE&SQ section of our tendering process
  • Develop and maintain internal processes
  • Participate in / perform audits and inspections
  • Identify and evaluate risk offshore / onshore, and identify risk-reducing measures within the area
  • Take care of administrative tasks and meeting activities that fall under the area
  • Working closely with customers, suppliers and authorities
  • Perform training and mentoring of our employees and managers related to HSE&SQ


Qualifications:
  • Education - relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    Graduates are encouraged to apply for the position. Work experience can compensate for formal education
  • Competence within Health/Working Environment and knowledge of relevant NORSOK and ISO standards
  • Understanding of risk analysis methods and tools
  • Competence in systematic HSE&SQ work and experience working with an interdisciplinary HSE&SQ focus

Personal qualities:
Service minded and good at building good relationships through listening and good communication. Your work methodology is systematic and well organized. Able to work effectively alone and in teams, in addition to support and assist others when needed. You enjoy challenges and are solution-oriented in your work.
Have good verbal and written communication skills, English and Norwegian.

Founded in 1919, Halliburton is one of the world's largest providers of products and services to the energy industry. Halliburton took the initial steps toward becoming a worldwide company in 1926. We sold five cementing units to an English company in Burma, the start of our Eastern Hemisphere operations, and Erle P. Halliburton sent his brothers to open our business in Alberta, Canada. We opened in Venezuela in 1940. By 1946, the company – using its innovative technology – had expanded into Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and the Middle East and began performing services for the Arabian-American Oil Company, the forerunner of Saudi Aramco.

 

In 1951, Halliburton made its first appearance in Europe as Halliburton Italiana SpA., a wholly owned subsidiary in Italy. In the next seven years, Halliburton launched Halliburton Company Germany GmbH, set up operations in Argentina and established a subsidiary in England.

 

In 1984, Halliburton provided all of the well completion equipment for the first multiwell platform offshore China. Two years later, Halliburton became the first American company to perform an oilfield service job on the China mainland

 

The final decade of the 20th century brought more changes and growth to Halliburton. The company opened a branch office in Moscow in 1991.

 

The company realigned its work into Eastern and Western Hemisphere operations in 2006, and in 2007, divided its service offerings into two divisions: Completion and Production, and Drilling and Evaluation.

 

Today, Halliburton offers the world's broadest array of products, services and integrated solutions for oil and gas exploration, development and production.
