Job Summary 
Installs, maintain and repairs electrical systems, equipment, wiring and controls in a camp maintenance or construction setting.
Summary of Essential Job Functions  

Support the safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations.
Possesses the necessary license or identification card to meet all local, state, and government regulations.
Installs electrical wiring, conduit / cable equipment, and fixtures using hand and power tools.
Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation and construction of electrical equipment and systems found in a residential/commercial setting through the proper use of standard cable wire, conduit, fittings and hardware commonly used in settings.
Reads and understands conduit drawings, schematics, electrical drawings and specifications.
Uses and cares for tools and equipment.
Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus and components, using test equipment and hand tools.
Complies with all safety and the applicable safety handbook, leads and educates fellow employees in the safe work ethics, practices and behaviors.

Minimum Education and Experience 
Education and experience to include: Must possess direct knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
Possess a current and valid Alaska Fitness Certificate as a Journeyman Electrician. NSTC Card and valid driver's license required.
