SR. INFORMATION ASSURANCE ANALYST (Operational Technology)
Primary Purpose of Job
Senior Information Security Assurance (Operational Technology) Analyst is a member of the Information Security (Risk & Assurance) team and works closely with the other members of Operation Technology(OT) at QP to Assess and assure a comprehensive cyber security program for OT. He/she will be required to connect dots where they may not have existed before and correlate data in the OT environment in interesting ways to determine weaknesses within the OT infrastructure (software, hardware, networks, etc.) and to find creative ways to protect legacy or new implementations. This role is responsible for ensuring the security of OT systems through the identification, resolution, prevention and mitigation of risks, threats and concerns with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) / Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Systems (SCADA).
1. MS. Degree in computer science/cyber/electronic Engineering is preferable.
2. At least 10 years of Operational Technology experience within utility environment preferably Oil & Gas;
Experience & Skills
Experience with Qatar NISS, IEC 62443/ISA 99, NIST SP 800 82, NEI 08 09, ISO 27001, ISO 27005, other industrial control regulations. Demonstrate experience working with automation vendors such as ABB, Siemens, Rockwell, Honeywell, Yokogawa etc. Experience securing cross-domain IT/OT communications and pathways;Advanced proficiency in industrial communications, PLC, DCS, SIS, HMI or SCADA systems. Experience supporting and troubleshooting industrial protocols such as OPC, Modbus TCP, HART, Foundation Fieldbus. Experience with OT security designs and deployments. Relevant security certifications CISSP, CISM, CEH, GICSPRelevant networking certifications CCNA, CCNA Security and CCNP. Demonstrated experience working with OT cloud platforms. Excellent command English, strong technical writing and verbal skills
