Role Summary/Purpose

Global Services Leader is a key role within BHGE's Sensor Solutions product line. VitalyX is a revolutionary new fluid monitoring solution that enables customers to protect their industrial assets and enable condition-based monitoring. The Global Services Leader owns the execution piece of the solution, from installation to commissioning and post commissioning customer support for both the mechanical and digital aspects of the solution. The Global Services Leader will also identify the scope of global customer support, build, and manage a team to support those global needs

Essential Responsibilities

Global Services Leader will be responsible for executing a successful strategy for installation, commissioning and equipment uptime of BHGE's VitalyX solution platform. You will also drive a culture of safety, customer satisfaction and rapid responsiveness throughout your team. Lastly, the Global Services Leader will demonstrate practical and innovative ways to meet business objectives.

In the role of Global Services Leader, you will:

 

 

  • Set vision and develop strategy to successfully execute the deployment of the VitalyX platform in customers assets
  • Build and maintain key relationships with customers
  • Identify the team structure and needs based on customer requirements. Build the world class team and ensure they perform optimally
  • Develop procedures and installation manuals to support VitalyX deployment
  • Work with Product Management and Technology to design hardware and software that is easy to deploy and support customers' needs
  • Develop business practices to efficiently manage customer orders, from order to deployment
  • Ensure optimal uptime of equipment and software
  • Ensure continuous business improvement is aligned to benchmarks and standards including productivity and deflation
  • Provide input to business strategic planning process and programs to support growth of the business
  • Benchmark and share best practices with other global operations
  • Work with global servicing teams to ensure operational alignment of KPIs
  • Drive a culture of strong HSE management within both BHGE employees and those who they interact with

 


Qualifications/Requirements

 

 

 

 

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field services, preferably in the marine, power generation, transportation or wind industry

 


Eligibility Requirements

 

 

 

 

  • Travel up to 40% of the time, as required
