Job Duties / Responsibilities
â€¢ Level 1 technology support for internal Company users of IT services.
â€¢ Receives and records customer problem/request/issues and captures necessary documentation.
â€¢ Performs initial level of problem identification and attempts to resolve; assigns ticket to next level support as needed.
â€¢ Responsible for software imaging of computers, laptops, and tablets per end-user spec in a timely and consistent manner.
â€¢ Monitors and tracks incident queue with the goal of timely addressing customer requests consistent with SLA requirements.
â€¢ Performs follow up on incident tickets with customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
â€¢ Develops and maintains knowledge of customer and customer specific business environment to provide great service.
â€¢ Maintains current knowledge of end-user computing hardware and software.
â€¢ Serve as a liaison between the business and technical support staff.
â€¢ Cultivate good working relationships with the business.
â€¢ Work closely with management to prioritize business goals and information needs.
â€¢ Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Essential Qualifications
â€¢ Associates Degree in Management Information Systems or related degrees or related years of experience.
â€¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with great attention to detail.
â€¢ Broad knowledge of end-user computing technologies â€" Office Products thru version 2016.
â€¢ Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager to image end-user devices
â€¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
â€¢ Maintain a positive attitude and demeanor and take pride in the job at hand.
â€¢ Ability to conceptualize and assimilate data and present proposals in a clear and concise manner.
â€¢ Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
â€¢ Ability to ask clarifying/probing questions of business customers
â€¢ Ability to be on rotating 24x7 on-call rotation.
â€¢ Eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
â€¢ Prior work experience â€" fulltime, part-time, internships in an IT related position.
â€¢ Advanced computing skill sets â€" proficient with pc hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
â€¢ Experience with Office 365 a plus.
â€¢ Ability and willingness to travel to remote company field locations and lift up to 50 pounds.
