Scope of Work
Responsible for Business Unit: Sales, Operations, Technical, Maintenance Plant and Yard
Responsible for teh P&L of the Business Unit
Responsible for the financial /administrative services within the organization
Provide full support to the General Manager to define, identify and implement market entry strategies locally via primary and secondary research, industry, market and competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment. The incumbent needs to work with its internal sales staffs
Work with General Manager to develop, identify project pipelines and evaluate specific business opportunities
Ensure customer retention and satisfaction for repeated jobs
Win contracts for the company and the ability to explore new businesses at sales reveune equivalent to RM1 million.
Participate in meeting and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and advance the Company's interest.
Attend pre-tender and pre-job visits. Final responsibility for timely submission of tenders/ proposal to customer
Make decision within his designated authority by assessing ROI, risk and cost / benefit
Ensure all jobs are planned, prepared and executed in a safe, timely manner and to the satisfaction of the customer and within the budget.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management
Ensure all documents, resources, project plans, proposal, reporting and other appropriate for project site are implemented and successful in achieving the goals of project.
Approving and achieving budgets and forecasts
Achieving strategic objectives KPIs
Obtain and maintan Petronas Licenses
Ensure provision of timely and accurate financial and operational reporting. Ensure that all adminstrative and other functional support department costs are controlled and well managed
Maintain positive cash flow adn timely recovery from debtors
Responsible for compliance to ISO system in line with operating activities
Ensure all project costs are spent within budget.
Perform site safety audit
Ensure all equipment is maintained
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Min. 10 years experience in Oil & Gas industry preferable similar role
Experience with Petronas project in a MUST
Technical background with sales experience will be an advantage.
Willing to travel when required
Total 2 openings: 1 to base in Johor Bahru, 1 to base in Trengganu
Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local codes and safety laws
