Saudi Aramco is seeking an experienced Contracts Advisor to join the Jazan Economic City Development Department / Third Party and Investor Relations Group. The successful candidate will work in the capacity of Contracts Advisor to develop new contracts and agreements and administer existing long term contracts and third party agreements. The primary role is to help craft long term agreements and contracts, determine preferred terms and conditions and methods of payments, negotiate terms and conditions and review amendments.
The successful candidate will have:
A bachelor degree in a business or engineering discipline. A master degree is desirable.
At least twelve years of experience in contracts, agreements or service level agreements (SLA) development.
Awareness of legal, financial, auditing and accounting aspects of the business is a plus.
Experience in Oil and Gas or Downstream industry is an advantage.
Fluency in English language, both verbal and written.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be expected to perform the following:
Participate in the technical evaluation of contractors qualifications, evaluate and analyze commercial proposals and compare results.
Prepare presentations and reports, and provide recommendations to facilitate management decision making.
Administer contracts and agreements.
Interface with other organizations and communicate with management on contract actions and payments.
Resolve contract and agreement issues with contractors and other stakeholders within and outside of the company.
Perform periodic compliance reviews and examination of contracts and agreements to ensure proper administration in the field.
Monitor contracts issues and recommend improvements in contracts or agreements as applicable.
