Position Description:
The Reporting Lead heads the newly formed team responsible for planning and performance-related activities for the oil and gas businesses, within the Petroleum Engineering & Development (PE&D) organization, which is a core function within Saudi Aramco. The Reporting team will collect and validate financial data, converting it into meaningful information before reporting to the Upstream Business Line. Success in this role requires the ability to develop effective partnerships while providing analysis, advice and guidance in a complex, cross-functional, and non-routine business environment. This role reports to the Head of Finance for Petroleum Engineering & Development.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Financial Management or a closely related discipline; advanced degree and other related certificates are highly desirable, e.g., MBA, CFA, etc.

12 or more years of relevant, progressive commercial and strategy experience in a large, complex Oil & Gas company.

Proven ability to effectively present financial reporting to all organizational levels, including corporate management and boards of directors.

Proven ability and courage to effectively challenge conventional thinking, and influence others to do the same.

Proven ability to quickly build and maintain positive, effective networks with internal and external stakeholders of all organizational levels.

Demonstrated ability to effectively coach and mentor multinational junior staff.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Help lead the transformation of PE&D's Finance team towards a business partnering function that drives value creation through excellence in analytics, planning, and performance management.

Help strengthen commercial capabilities across PE&D.

Obtain the required information and report the state of PE&D's business in a timely, complete, and accurate manner.

Effectively present financial reporting in a meaningful manner, at the appropriate level of detail for stakeholder groups across varying organizational levels.
