Due to continued growth we're looking to add two Recruitment Consultants to our team. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate meaningful job descriptions from discussions with clients regarding their requirements
  • Search through Red Database and website databases for candidate CV's. Attract potential candidates through advertising and networking
  • Effectively Interview, screen and reference check candidates to ensure that they are of applicable qualification and experience to comply with the established job description
  • Maintain close relationships with the candidates
  • Prepare, format and check CV's for client submission
  • Keep RED Database system up to date with candidate/client details/contracts/jobs
  • Responsible for the contractor management from preparing and issuing contracts - LTD Co & PAYE Contractors
  • Ensure in-house processes and procedures are followed for agency worker / candidate Terms of Engagement and client Terms and Conditions to ensure timely payments and invoicing
  • Negotiate workers rates, calculate accrued holiday payments and agency fees
  • Be fully conversant with current employment law and recruitment industry legislation ensuring the fair and legal application of rights and contractual terms and conditions between Cammach Bryant and our agency workers / candidates
  • Assisting with the agreement and implementation of client terms and conditions prior to service delivery
  • Maintain effective, regular contact with existing and new clients ensuring, where appropriate, that they are visited by a Cammach Bryant representative on an agreed basis
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times representing Cammach Bryant at a professional level
  • Develop the business and exceed sales projections by continually identifying new recruitment opportunities. This will be accomplished through developing business with existing clients, building relationships with new clients and enhancing the profile and image of the company.
  • Be responsible for generation of new leads utilising internal database
  • Maintain targets and sales projections
