  • Applies all Company policies and practices with regard to recruiting, interviewing and hiring process, and ensuring new hires are handled in accordance with Company core values and Equal Employment practices.
  • Sources and identifies highly qualified candidates to staff open position requirements on operational rigs, within talent pools and onshore functions.
  • Continues to seek new and innovative methods of recruiting to ensure a selection of highly qualified candidates.
  • Screens candidates for qualifications, interest level, compensation, relocation needs, and availability, etc.
  • Refers short-listed candidates to hiring manager; makes recommendations regarding hiring of candidates and participates in all stages of the selection process through to onboarding.
  • Utilizes the Applicant Tracking System according to defined process.
  • Maintain job postings on the careers website, as well as other Company approved job posting sites.
  • Ensure Recruitment Requisitions are approved before commencing the recruitment process and in coordination with the hiring manager, assist with creating job descriptions
  • Administer online assessments, both technical and behavioural.
  • Complete detailed and accurate background checks on candidates.
  • Maintain the Borr Drilling Talent bank and ensure there is a strong pipeline of candidates.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 4+ years' experience in Recruitment and Staffing.
  • Broad knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Must be familiar with behavioural/competency-based interviewing techniques and selection assessment tools.
