Role Summary:

The RVI Sales Manager is responsible for developing solutions and driving growth with Remote Visual Inspection product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects. RVI sales manager will use technical knowledge to work with clients in Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation and General Manufacturing to understand their products and systems. Responsible for achieving a sales plan in a NE, Central & W Texas region.

Essential Responsibilities:

In the role of RVI Sales Manager, you will:
  • Build influential relationships with assigned customers at all levels and develop strategies to win profitable business
  • Embrace customer focused mindset and commit to build and improve relationships with customers
  • Drive RVI products and Advanced Inspection Services orders and sales through new and existing clients
  • Deliver on commitments, communicate on progress and work with a cross fictional team to get required support
  • Develop and implement short and long terms regional sales strategy
  • Study Market environment and analyze competition trends, Work with Marketing to develop project specific sales strategies for assigned customers
  • Practice Value Selling for the technology as a differentiator
  • Negotiate contracts as required
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs, and customer base
  • Be effective in working in a matrix organization

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum 7 years of experience in Sales, Product Support, and/or Service of Remote Visual Inspection equipment)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Product Support, and/or Service of Remote Visual Inspection equipment
