Essential Responsibilities:
  • Understand and comply to the overall accounting process and policies for all cycles including Cash and Bank and Intercompany and Close and Reporting
  • Execute independently the value-added process steps and support and coach the junior team member performs their tasks in a timely and quality manner
  • Drive simplification and standardization within the team and align with organization initiatives
  • Stakeholder management through establishing agreed objectives and expectations.
  • Focus on team & department priorities within operating unit and may be responsible for work and development of others.Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proven experience in Finance and Accounting Operations.
  • Concrete experiences on Simplifications or System implementations or Finance transformations

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of wing 2 wing processes
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
