Role Summary:Baker Hughes, a GE company (Oil Field Equipment) are currently looking for a temporary Operations Delivery Manager to cover a project need for 2 years.
The role will provide overall leadership for Customer/Field(s) and be accountable for business development, Customer satisfaction, services orders and contract management for dedicated customers/field(s) within the region.
Essential Responsibilities:Accountable for interfacing with the customer, internal teams, regions, and functions to integrate, develop and ensure execution from handover to installation and services including proactive management through life of field
Integrate with the customer and BHGE's matrix organization, build strong long-term relationships with customers in the region, single point of contact for BHGE and customer for wing-to-wing execution
Owner of relevant reporting to customer (monthly, quarterly and others)
Owner of services orders and as sold Contribution Margin (CM) while supporting Sales for customers in the region
Responsible for managing relevant operating rhythms as agreed with the customer
Identify new revenue streams in contract while extending contract profitability and articulate schedule & cost impacts due to both internal and customer driven changes
Owner of past dues and guide and assist operations to clarify contractual and or other issues driving past dues
Partner with the customer, sales/commercial and region in order to help develop and execute strategies for growing the Services & Offshore offerings, sales, and profitability
Interface regularly with the Product Line leaders to review progress of customer growth initiatives and participate in the development of new product & service offerings
Partner with the Regional Leader and the matrix organization to drive operational excellence with processes and tools with a focus on continuous improvement
Promote and own a working environment to achieve excellence in EHS, Compliance, Quality, Customer Service & Productivity

Relevant experience in Customer Contract Management
